Most of my students choose Zoom lessons for the convenience, but they're also a great option for students who live in areas where good quality lessons hard to find. 

Some people are initially apprehensive about taking online lessons, but in my experience online lessons offer many benefits.   I've designed the lessons to work to the student's advantage by utilising technology and writing lesson plans to suit. 

Here are some reasons why I think online lessons are really effective: 

You're better prepared

You can practice and warm up before the lesson starts, which generally makes people feel more prepared and confident. 

More time efficient

Online lessons are more time efficient and therefore better value for money. With in-person lessons, you lose time taking out your guitar, tuning up, getting settled and then packing down at the end. With online lessons, you can be ready right as your lesson starts and your lesson can go right up until the end time. 

More relaxed

Learning in the comfort of your own home means you’re more relaxed. 

Bonus - no traffic

You don’t have to navigate through congested traffic and bad weather. 

Enhanced by Technology

Being online means we can utilise both screen-sharing and the Zoom whiteboard, transferring and opening music instantly through Dropbox and sharing YouTube links to backing tracks and song references. Plus students can easily share YouTube links and music they have found online.
